Credit Union of America

Credit Union of America is a well-established credit union with multiple branches across Kansas. My current agency has provided ongoing design/marketing services for them as a retainer client, supporting their brand with regular creative work.

OVERVIEW

I’ve contributed to a wide range of creative work for Credit Union of America, shaping everything from campaign direction to in-branch experiences. My role has included developing cohesive visual systems and stylistic approaches for seasonal and product-focused campaigns, designing detailed storyboards for broadcast TV spots, and producing animated illustrative content for holiday and special-occasion social media posts. I’ve also created custom artwork for multiple branch locations and researched display materials to design in-branch pop displays that support and extend campaign messaging.

Additionally, I played a significant role in developing their updated brand guidelines, helping establish a modern, consistent visual foundation that unifies all aspects of their communication across digital, print, and physical environments.

OUTCOME

Working with CUA over the years has pushed me creatively and given me room to experiment. They have surprised me with their willingness to try new things and prioritize fun/freh design. With every campaign, I’ve focused on delivering work that feels on-brand, useful, and visually sharp—supporting a credit union that truly values thoughtful storytelling.
